Friendly Miguel met us & assisted with our luggage. nice large room & nice large bathroom. We went outside to have a beverage & Miguel gave us a large bag of snacks (complimentary). the restaurant was serving pizza that night: large pizzas & many choices. Would recommend!

We loved the property! The location of the apartment is excellent, because it is located in the city center of the old town of Volterra. You can get anywhere by walking for a few minutes. The room was very clean and well-organized. They even left small cookies for us on the shelves. The room is very romantic and the corridor looks like an artsy cave. The garden is lovely too. The breakfast was delicious. The staff we spoke to were friendly and very easy to communicate with. While we were on our way to Volterra, they gave us some valuable information about the trip and how to get to Volterra.

A lovely warm ambiance and peaceful place and the owner took very well care of her guests. We loved the paintings all around. The room was nicely spacious and very clean. The pizzeria around the corner serves very tasty dishes.

The staff was so friendly (the owner is an old very lovely grandma). I've stayed at the last floor, but wasn't a problem for me. The window faces toward ancient narrow streets with Tuscan rooftops.
