Though 'very basic' as the host told me, the flat was perfect for a weeks stay for me. It is charming, practical and very well functioning, located in a quiet area of Manarola away from the crowds. Within a few minutes walk you find a great variety af bars, restaurants and two grocery stores. I will definitely stay in Il Bordone if I come to Cinque Terre again. Francesco was the most accommodating host I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I cant say enough kind words about him. Excellent location and value for the money. Large clean rooms with comfy beds and good air conditioning that had all the required amenities. Cant recommend this place enough.
