It’s a nice property, we had a lovely stay near Grado (it’s about 15 min drive). The village in which the property is located is quaint, room was basic, but had a good size balcony. There’s free parking available in front of the property. Overall, all good. Owner was helpful and friendly.

Central, spotless clean room, friendly staff. And yummy icecreams are sold there ! I spent just one night there and I slept very well. Surroundings very peaceful. The breakfast was on demand, good and healthy.

Our host was gorgeous and gave us a brief history tour of the WW1 bunker that now serves as the breakfast room, along with local war artefacts. The rooms were pretty and felt very traditional Italian. The breakfast was generous and there are bikes available so you can cycle along the river
