The a beautiful historic property was beautifully renovated.The room was spacious with a fabulous panoramic view from the windows. it is on a vista that allows you to see Spello and the olive groves all around. there was a beautiful archway entrance to the pool of heavily blooming gorgeous dark pink roses. It was located in an area that wasn’t heavily populated and was very private. Yet it’s only minutes to the really amazing historic town of Spello. All, truly fabulous! Great made to order breakfast. Fabio the manager prepared it quickly and we’ll made with a smile on his face! We really liked him too!

Picture perfect location in this quiet, beautiful town. The apartment had everything you could need, was cool, quiet, with a comfortable bed, great coffee machine, good lighting and plenty of space. Food and drinks were a very short stroll away and free parking outside the walls was about a 5 minute walk away. Giulia was a great host, always available to answer any questions. The pool is very nice, however when we were there is was not super clean to be honest. The had very hot days during our stay and upstairs bedroom and living room is airconditioned which was great. Andrea - who was the caretaker was very responsive. The location is perfect to explore the surroundings by car or electric bike - Assisi, Perugia, Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno...
