The host Christina was an outstanding host and a lovely warm, welcoming and friendly lady who could not do enough to make our stay special. She even made a delicious apple cake for my birthday. The rooms were cosy and warm and the central sitting area for the 3 guest rooms was always warm with tea available. The beds and douvets were fantastically comfortable and the shower hot. Breakfast was superb with freshly baked pastries/cakes, healthy fruit salads, home made jams and bread. The town centre was a short 10 minute walk away. One of the most welcoming guesthouse (chalet) I have stayed in, in over 20 years of travelling, it is somewhere I would definitely plan to return to.
