We just had a one night stay at Room Loru as we wanted to catch early morning flight. The host was super nice and helpful. We thought we just booked a room but it infact had a separate kitchen and bathroom. Room was quite spacious and had all necessary stuff in it. There was enough space for parking (entrance was a bit narrow though). They also let me use their vacuum cleaner to clean my car.
