Beautiful property, clearly built with quality in mind, and it blends well with the natural landscape surrounding it. Quality materials have been used all around. Each room is named after a grape grown on the vineyard - a nice touch. Matteo is a wonderful host, and everyone greets you with warmth - there is no pretentiousness here, La Vinia is clearly a labour of love and a wonderful addition to the family’s vineyard. The wine tasting experience is a real treat too, and we have come away with a new favourite - it was great to be able to order a bottle of 2021 Kressia in a restaurant after visiting the vineyard and knowing the history of the wine!

The apartment was spacious. The bathroom was very clean and updated. Noise cancellation was excellent, did not hear neighbors or noise surrounding the streets. The hostess provided EXCELLENT instructions for parking and getting into the apartment safely. She also went above and beyond and provided activity recommendations outside of Sassari.

She kindly wrapped up a take away Breakfast bag for us since we left early to catch the train. Everything is perfect. High recommend.

This is a great place to stay in Sassari. We enjoyed everything: the cosy atmosphere in the rooms, the furnitures and works are of good quality, the place on the terrasse for breakfast is nice, the breakfast as well (our host made savory breakfast because we did not want sweet ones). It was easy to communicate with Massimo. The place was spotless: respect for maintaining such cleanliness in all the building!
