We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent. Gated parking spot available onsite. The owners were very polite and friendly. Good, quiet location, beautiful house. The rooms had surprisingly good sound isolation, even the sound of a crying baby was muffled enough that I could sleep (and I am a very light sleeper). The mattress is comfortable for someone with back pain, it isn't too soft. The breakfast was great, different sweet and savory options like ham, eggs, pastries, fruits and so on. Everything was tasty. The host was very pleasant and nice, and so were the other guests, everyone seemed happy and friendly, the vibe was great. All in all, a great stay. Perfect location if you want to visit Rimini and San Marino.

Everything was perfect - great location, comfortable beds ( nice and firm the way I like it, nice pillows and long enough for my long-legged companion ) everything super clean, a good shower with good water pressure and a really delicious breakfast. The house itself is also very beautiful and atmospheric, as well as in a great location. There's convenient and affordable parking literally just around the corner, but the B&B is actually located in a pedestrian area with lots of great places to eat and drink in walking distance. (But it was nice and quiet at nighttime, and the windows are pretty well soundproofed either way) Patrizia and her husband were also super nice and and welcoming - thank you again for a perfect stay - we'll be back :)
