Spectacular views over the pool, to fields, to mountains . The owner is knowledgeable & very friendly - the property is fenced off so great for our dog, it’s super clean, beautifully constructed and the beds are so wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious with views, the pool area ( even though it was winter) is picture perfect. You do need a car to get around as it’s a few kilometers to the closest town but that’s only a 5 minute drive and shouldn’t be a déterrant . I certainly recommend the peace and tranquility of this lovely property .

Excellent location, very central to either the sea, mountains and the beautiful city of Teramo. The large breakfast room is tastefully decorated and very well organized.

Breakfast pastries do not personally fill me up, but they were still good. Enjoyed having milk & fridge access.

The facility was fairly new, rooms are really clean and AC works great! Detailed thought went into the design of the villa and the interior decorations. The hosts were extremely nice and very helpful. I was there for personal business reasons and needed assistance getting certain things. Roberto not only gave me recommendations, but called ahead to let them business owners know that I was coming and to treat me fairly. They went above and beyond to assist me. I was fortunate enough to stay there when there was Arts Festival occurring in the village center (15 min walk).

Mary is very very friendly, helpful and always checking if the guests are fine. The location is very close to the town centre, many parking available. Room, bathroom, kitchen were very clean

Very enthusiastic owner who offered us some free local prosecco, made from the grapes next to the house. Nice pool with a view that's even better than the photos. The room temperature was cool despite the heat outside. Wendy the dog was very cool as well.
