This property was impeccably renovated. It was lovely from top to bottom and I felt like a princess while I was there, I would encourage anyone to stay here - you won’t be disappointed!

We loved everything about this property. It is perched right at the top of a hill and overlooks the stunning mountains and valley. What a gorgeous view from our rooms. The porches off the bedrooms are equipped with tables and chairs for your morning coffee, and again…the view…oh my! The beds are very comfortable, the closets are spacious, the bathrooms are super modern and everything is clean, clean, clean! Breakfast…what can I say about breakfast except that it’s the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a Bed and Breakfast - what a beautiful spread of cereals, fruit, breads, cookies, cakes, meats and each day a main course representative of an Italian region. And, weather permitting, breakfast is a sit down meal, served outdoors alfresco under a vine canopy - talk about a truly a Italian experience! And when possible, ingredients from their own garden were included. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it too looks out over the mountains. Our nieces were thoroughly entertained by the pool, the large trampoline, visits to the donkeys and farm animals and playing with Salva the family dog. And last but not least, the hosts - truly you couldn’t ask for more hospitable, warm and accommodating hosts. Jacobo and his lovely wife are the quintessential Italian hosts. In other words, they make guests feel welcome and cared for! We loved our stay here and highly recommend it AND we hope to return some day soon!

We spent a fantastic 2023 New Year's Eve with lovely people in an amazing place. The owners, Lino & Luciana are really impressive: friendly, full of life and with lots of interests, from art to scuba diving. We had the new years dinner with them and few other friends, in total 4 couples in the small 'porcilaia' that was recently renewed. Everyone was so nice that the day after we had dinner together again, but this time in a restaurant at Ripatransone, the nearby town which we also liked a lot. What more to say... there is the main house with the rooms for the guests and they have also some land, including a small hill from which we saw the midnight fireworks at 360 degree! WoW! The day after, Lino took us for a small ride around the land with his 4x4, that was great fun, standing on the back of his pickup! Their place is very well kept and while Luciana is taking care of making it beautiful with her art, Lino, who's an architect, is having creative plans to build new structures in the coming years. We will visit again to check the progress. A big thanks to them for welcoming us from the very first moment, for making us feel like at home and for treating us as friends, as we consider them now! Flexibility around check in times and easy to check out. Pay at the property very convenient. Breakfast at Bar Ciotti was excellent and just around the corner from the facility.
