We booked room with garden, it was very clean, spacious. The conditioner work well. The location is graat - near marina, capital of Elba and beaches. Near the hotel is the bay. The breakfast was good, delicios, with variety of choice. The staff was very nice, responsive. Would like to return once again!

The owner Gabriella is the sweetest lady, she’s very helpful and charming. The accommodation is located in the moddle of the old town of Rio nell Elba, so it’s impossible not to blend in with the locals. Even though it is so close to the center, the street is quiet with a breathtaking view. There are a lot of beaches 15-25 mins away by car, but beware of the narrow roads!

Roberta was very kind and met us on time to give us the keys. She doesn't live nearby but is very easy to reach by text. She also very kindly provided bed linen and towels for us since we were traveling from abroad. Renzo, the friendly superintendent who lives in the upstairs apartment, is available to help you if you have any problems. The front terrace is a lovely place to sit in the evening sun. Lots of peace and quiet here!

Very friendly host (Gigi), who explained the whole island to us (restaurants, beaches, shopping, wineries, etc.) - great guy! Our apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Nice terrace with table, umbrella, chairs, and free sunset! The nearest public beach is 10 minutes walk away (dogs are allowed).
