This was the best Guesthouse and Room we ever had in Italy ever ! The check-in was super easy despite the late arrival time and Paola was very nice, explained everything to us the next day and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants, beaches and things we could do. The bed was just perfect, very big and we always slept very well. The shower was amazing, very large and it had good water pressure. Also the air conditioning was great and cooled the room down in a few minutes. There was a drying rack, mini fridge, safe, coffee maker & snacks, a hair dryer, towels, shampoo & shower gel, a smart TV, a freezer, outdoor furniture and parking spaces. Breakfast is served in a cafe on the main street 4 minutes away, there are various croissants and super delicious coffee. The cleaning ladies came every other day and cleaned the room and gave us new towels. We would recommend the Hypnotic guesthouse to everyone! We will come back!

The owner was the kindest host I have ever experienced. Every morning he prepared a fresh breakfast with Cappuccino, pastries from the town and other delicious food. My partner and me were stuck in Olbia because all the busses were cancelled and no taxi drove to Budoni so Giovanni picked us up to drive us to the property. Giovanni is simply incredible and a 10/10 as a host. Aside from that, the property and room was really clean and got a refrigerator, nets against mosquitos and a beautiful bathroom. There was even a private parking spot if you got a car there.
