- the place is like a little heaven - breakfast was more than great, special wishes have been considered and applied to the breakfast - the hosts Nicholetta and Francesco are lovely people taking care of their guests in the best way you can think of - There are many good places around that one can visit such as Chia, Porto Pino, Sant Atioco, Porta Flavia or Costa Verde - This is the true Sardinia! We are more than happy having chosen this place for out trip in South West Sardinia! This place is a must stay when you are around. We will definitely come back!

Really nice room with all important amenities and huge terrace! Swimming pool was clean and its surroundings just lovely. On the top of that our stay was more pleasant because of super friendly dog Lola ❤️

Meeting the beautiful human beings who runs this place was a authentic strike of luck and totally appreciate their help and understanding even tho it was my mistake to come.over with no previous investingation hope I can see them again, very grateful for all they did for me , won't forget never.

Travelled for work, and had some early starts where I'd leave before breakfast. Mattia was at exceptionally service and prepared lovely breakfast & lunsj in advance. The B&B's facilities was nicely available to feel like home. Great Air Conditioning in rooms and dining area to compensate for the intense heat. There was a nice balance of privacy, but also a host that was more than happy to sit down for friendly conversations and share helpful tips for my stay. Where this region of Sardinia lacked in services (such as transport), Mattia went out of his way 24/7 to make my stay tailored. Never experienced a host beeing this focused on their guests having a positive stay, and would very much consider Mattia a friend and La Residenza a home.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was large, cleaned every day and quite for a truly restful sleep. Sonia and Federico are very caring and kind hosts, attentive to details and all needs. The location is fantastic to visit Porto Pino, Sant'Antioco, Carloforte and many other amazing places in Sulcis-Iglesiente. We will definitely book again here when back in this area. ;)
