The host doesn't speak much English but is charming. We had enough pellets for the heating and the house was warm. Quiet mountain location but good restaurant and shops nearby.

He enthusiastically shared valuable insights about all the must-see places and hidden gems in the surroundings. Thanks to him, we were able to explore the area to the fullest and make the most of our vacation. Villa Bertagni itself was a slice of paradise. The owners were very co-operative and when we called for assistance (lights went off), they came immediately. The view from the rooms are stunning and breathtaking. Rooms were spacious and very warm (heating system). The area is nice and quiet. No cars, no pollution. Lucky that there is a restaurant who cooks delicious food.
