Villa Belvedere is located halfway up a mountain overlooking a valley. From the back patio one has a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. It's a great place to drink a glass of wine and appreciated the scenery Tuscany has to offer. The pool is surprisingly big. The deck is a great place for morning yoga, and the pool is a great place to cool off. My room was on the bottom floor and itself was very cool. I stayed in early July and didn't even need a fan. The staff were very friendly, and despite my speaking no Italian, and they're speaking very little English, we got on just fine. She even got me soya milk for my morning cappuccinos!

This apartment is very clean and modern. We had everything needed to make us comfortable. It looks newly renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The host doesn't speak much English but is charming. We had enough pellets for the heating and the house was warm. Quiet mountain location but good restaurant and shops nearby.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in der Nähe von Castelnuovo. Uns hat es hier so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan um einen weiteren Tag verlängert haben. Unser Zimmer war groß, fast eine kleine Suite, und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Da es nach hinten raus ging, war es trotz der nahegelegenen Straße nachts sehr ruhig. Ums Haus gibt es einen großen Garten mit schönem Blick auf die Garfagnana. Laura ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hatte gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen, und wir haben auch sonst über alles Mögliche geplaudert. Zum Frühstück gibt es regionale Spezialitäten. Einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem Haus.

Great location for touring around the area by car. The views from the place are just stunning. Anna Maria is a great host. She went out of her way to help me try and arrange a visit to a nearby church and shared things from her garden and orchard.

The garden is amazing, the room is well equipped, beautiful, spacey and clean. Antonella is a great host, very friendly and caring. Its located in a quiet neighbourhood and its perfect for trips to the tourist activities in the area. Enough space for parking at the street in front of the building.
