The swimming pool was great, they clean it everyday so we could enjoy it, also not too deep on one side so also good for children. The personnel is really nice, limited English but we made do with translate etc. They were super helpful with any requests we had. The locations was also great to visit lots of places within +/- 1hour, like Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Montecatini itself is nice, recommend going up to M. Alto with the train. The

Both Fabrizio and his wife were charming and hospitable and we enjoyed interesting discussions with Fabrizio who speaks excellent English. The location was very good, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Montecatini Terme.
