The family has the accommodation, a brother the restaurant and another brother the horse stable next door which rents horses. Wonderful people, all. Rafaela speaks very good English and the others enough with my limited Italian and google translate we did fine.

Kind and really helpful staff (they already helped us with travelling before our stay). Beautiful, quite neighbourhood very close to the start of the Path of Gods, near the center of the city, easily reacheable by public transport. Incredible breakfast with vegetables from their own garden ( they even prepared takeaway for us the day before for our hike). Very clean and nice room.
