The location is very good if you like to go to the beach every day, onky few steps away. Noto is also very close and is a must to visit. Easy to reach other popular destination too such Marzamemi and the Natural Reserve of Eloro and Vendicari. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, Ivana was always with a smile on her face and prompt to give you suggestion for place to eat or other local destination to visit. Also her husband was there every morning for breakfast always there asking if you needed anything else (coffe, cornetti ecc). We liked that the property had a facility that not always you find elsewhere, such beach chairs and umbrella free for guest to use daily. Definitely we would come back!!

Superb beachfront location in Lido di Noto and a great laid back vibe. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and all amenities you need. We loved the breakfast on the terrace and the hosts were more than welcoming - even checked an umbrella for us! Parking was also very easy in front of the house. Loved our stay!

We often walked to the nearby beach in the National Park where it is quiet. Restaurant and it's wine is of high standard. A great location, isolated with great views over the countryside towards the sea. Grateful for the peace. Will go back again.

Francesco is a great host. Always friendly, very helpfull with plenty of ideas of where to go, what to visit and very important where to eat. ;-) Breakfast is italian, however open to suggestions (!). Pool area is comfortable and relaxed.

A stylish pool ambience, comfortable sunbeds and very quiet location. There is also a private parking space on the premises. The breakfast offered everything you need. Francesco, the owner, was very nice and helpful and gave us lots of tips for restaurants, beaches and towns in the area. We would have liked to stay longer and would come back anytime.
