The house and location are beautiful. The hosts were very kind, warm and welcoming. I let them know in advance that, as a couple, we were one vegetarian and one vegan, knowing that breakfast was included. I thought that perhaps we could get soya milk and maybe biscuits without milk and eggs, but the hosts went out of their way to prepare far more than we were hoping for. There was freshly made bread and home made crostate (traditional Italian lattice jam tarts), as well as a wonderful spread of other vegan friendly items. They are a very engaging, interesting and international couple who also offer great conversation. I highly recommend their place and feel they deserve all the support they can get! Stay here! The property has been beautifully restored, with a lot of attention to detail. The swimming pool is great and literally located 2 meters outside our lovely apartment. Very peaceful and safe for children. The kids had a great time with all the farm animals ( inc puppies and kittens!). Breakfast is served poolside, with a great view of the hills and Narni. Definitely highly recommended!
