Bippo and his wife are wonderful, very kind and friendly; the room is spaceous and very tidy; the saltwater pool and the terrace are a great bonus. The b&b is located between Cecina and Volterra and is a great spot for either trips to the beach and the inner Tuscany like Volterra & San Gimignano or Bolgheri. The breakfast is typically Italian and sufficient - the coffee/cappuccino is great. Noteworthy is the theme "plastic free zone" - good for our nature. The WLAN is very fast and reachable everywhere on the site and rooms. Will definitely come back again and am looking forward to.

Exceptional host, very caring and provided lots of useful tips, we felt like at home. Perfect location to relax, enjoy the beaches 15-20 minutes away and explore Siena, Florence, Pisa etc. At the same time escaping the busy tourist places at the end of your day.

It is nice and quiet place to relax but you are just few steps away from a little town and many wineries around. The view from the window was just gorgeous. The tent was fine, perfect size for two, we totally fell in love with the small sitting area next to the tent with lamps creating very cosy atmosphere. Marcello, the host, is very friendly and charming person! He helped us to plan our next stop for our italian trip, we were very gratefull for that.

The closest swimming pool was great - enjoyed spending time there. Clean room, air-conditioned and with a fantastic Nespresso coffee machine. Marco the owner was helpful & I mainly dealt directly with him to resolve any issues.
