The most hospitable owners, room super clean and equipped with everything you might need (and bed was super comfy). Grazia&Marco were so welcoming, that we instantly felt like home! Marco had great advice on where to go, what to see and where to eat. Not to forget, breakfast was homemade and delicious! Will be coming back for sure!

The location is great, on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic in the middle distance, a beautifully maintained garden that is nice in May and will be perfect for summer, with a pool, home italian cuisine, a warm welcome, spacious rooms fitted with period furnishings, and the small ancient fortified hilltop city of Saludecio very close by. It is a perect stopping off point when travelling N to S or vice versa up or down the A14 autostrada - but you will want to stay for more than one night. Also, for a longer stay perfectly situated for visiting Urbino, San Marino, Rimini (less than an hour's drive away). What more could you want!

Marina the host is incredibly welcoming and kind, the farmhouse has been beautifully renovated, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very tasty with regional cheeses, yogurts and meats. It was a very relaxing stay and the location was perfect.

This apartment is amazing! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful. We (a couple) stayed here for 5 nights during a heatwave, and the A/C in the living room and in the sleeping room were a lifesaver. The apartment is also in a great location, close to all the best things to see and do in the area. We loved exploring the local caves (very good activity in a hot day because the temp inside is 14 degrees Celsius), canoeing, and visiting the beaches. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the local restaurants. The owners stocked the fridge and the kitchen with breakfast food, including a home-baked cake, fresh fruits, and Lavazza coffee! And there is a private free parking

The accommodation at Il Poggetto was perfect and the staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was typical Italian and they provided a good variety of typical dishes. The Spa was very nice to visit and very relaxing. Also, our kids had a wonderful time!
