Very nice and cosy house! Extremely helpful hosts were ready to fulfil all our needs and give many advises! Lovely furnished room with a touch! Breakfast was very reach and mostly prepared by Christina from local products including super fresh eggs from own household!

First of all, the location, very quiet and peaceful was perfect for what we needed. Big yard, full of green, trees, with place to park our car and deposit my kite equipment. Everything in the room was clean, the shared kitchen was also always clean from the guys we shared it with, everybody was very respectful. The host was exceptional, she helped us with everything we needed, and imeddiately solved a small issue we had in our room by offering us an upgrade. Luckily in this period that room was free, but yet, her desire to make us comfortable was exactly what counts. Thank you for the stay, and we'll visit this in next years for sure.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome of Federico and his wife made us feel like we were staying with a family. Their kindness and friendliness were truly exceptional, and it made our stay memorable. The accommodation was amazing. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. We felt immediately comfortable and relaxed. The beds provided excellent nights' sleep, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for the day. One of the true highlights of our stay was the breakfast served each morning. It was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Federico went the extra mile to provide a variety of options, including delightful local specialties that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is perfect, especially if you're kitesurfing enthusiasts like us. Situated near Porto Botte, it offers easy access to this exhilarating water sport. Additionally, watching the sunsets over the swimming pool were simply breathtaking.

Travelled for work, and had some early starts where I'd leave before breakfast. Mattia was at exceptionally service and prepared lovely breakfast & lunsj in advance. The B&B's facilities was nicely available to feel like home. Great Air Conditioning in rooms and dining area to compensate for the intense heat. There was a nice balance of privacy, but also a host that was more than happy to sit down for friendly conversations and share helpful tips for my stay. Where this region of Sardinia lacked in services (such as transport), Mattia went out of his way 24/7 to make my stay tailored. Never experienced a host beeing this focused on their guests having a positive stay, and would very much consider Mattia a friend and La Residenza a home.

everything was brand new or kept to the highest of standards. the room we got was super spacious with a big double bed. I loved that there was the option for another pillow as the one I got was a bit too thick. the one I found in the wardrobe was perfect. the bathroom was big too, with a comfortable large headed shower. breakfast was great (I had a superb cappuccino) with many sweet and savoury options.
