The place was so nice and clean. Owner was the best part of the accomodation. Very kind and polite person who would do anything for the guests. Longiano is a small village on top of a hill. comfortable room, big bathtroom nice people , talk good english, no problem to get invoice for summer especially it is super good location a bar that is opened all days in summer and only for weekend in winter time it is down under rooms, nice music, not too loud the location it is a B&B with 4 rooms in a historical place free parking place in front of house 50m away it is a michelin listed restaurant Dei Cantoni 1 km away at the entrance in the village are 2 restaurants with nice view, pizzeria with super good pizza and a osteria with nice meat. 18 km away is Tratoria Le Tre Botti near Orsoleto north of Rimini with super italian food the breakfast it is italian style, 2 croissants, cafe, juice, sometime piadine and ham
