The place is nice, lake view and clean. Host is very friendly. The price is included stay and breakfast that host prepared a good nice breakfast. This place gave free water bottle, fruits, coffee and tea. Host is very kind and gave good information about traveling at Lake Como. Also suggested place to park a car for free at Bellagio.

Superb location, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, literally directly on the shore of the lake (5 meters from B&B patio to the water). Doesn’t come any better!

Beautifully restored house with a lot of historic details, it shows the hand of a designer who loved using authentic woods and stone. Located on the hills with a view over the lake. Very quiet. The next restaurant you can walk to is Grotta Mixta, which we can highly recommend. For anything else you need to drive. Bellagio is a short drive away though. Very lovely welcome by Illaria.

Staff is extremely polite, speaks English very well and make you feel comfortable. The hotel restaurant was quite good and much preferable to the usual tourist traps in similar resorts. I loved the ambience and the overall feeling of the location. The view from my room was surprisingly good.

We love the view. It has a balcony with an access just outside our room with an beautifuæ view. The bed and bath was ok. It is like 15 min walking to Lenno. From where you can take the ferry to the other Colo’s town.
