The host was very polite, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is located in the center of Isernia, close to the coffee shops and restaurants, where the night life is happening. The place is extremely spacious, both bedroom and bathroom with shower - elegant and super clean. Sheets and towels were changed, even though we only stayed for 2 nights. There is an elevator which makes the access very easy. We really liked the ceilings, very tall. We would totally recommend it and would come back! Very good value for a reasonable nightly rate.

Very friendly and helpful staff, agreed to check me in prior to the check in time as the room was already ready. The "hotel" is situated in a residential block of flats so is effectively a 2 bedroom flat which means there was only another couple staying. Isernia is very small so despite being away from the centre this is t a walking distance from the city centre.

In the heart of the historic center. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Very quiet street. Rooms were quiet and comfortable with modern bathrooms. Quaint historic building with modern upgrades. The highlight though was how kind and helpful Angelo was. We arrived on the night of a festival and literally could not drive to the hotel because the streets were blocked. We were traveling with my 91 year old mother and my brother who is in a wheelchair and can only walk short distances. We were there to visit our family in Isernia. It seemed like it would be impossible to reach the hotel for them. Angelo went and spoke with the local polizia who allowed us to drive right to the door and drop everyone off and then park very nearby. He went above and beyond and was wonderfully accommodating in all ways.

It was very private while I was there. There may have been other quests, but I did not see them. I had the use of the kitchen and the living room area to myself, and a coffee machine was provided in the kitchen. parking available on site was very convenient, and tv and Wi-Fi worked very well. The location in the center of an historical old city Isernia is it’s main selling point. There are numerous restaurants, Italian bars, gift shops, churches, within easy walking distance. The Piazza Celestino offers outdoor cafes, and a lively spot for people watching and enjoying organized festivals. The Il Palazzotta is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the crowd allowing for a peaceful sojourn, but within steps of the piazza and the shops.
