We came for a race weekend at the Misano race circuit, and the location couldn’t have been better. 15-minute drive to the circuit with secure free parking available at the property. Mimmo was the nicest, most accommodating host ever. The place was clean and modern, had AC, towels, and cold water, and felt like a hotel. It exceeded our expectations by far. Given the price, 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who comes to the region. Thank you, Mimmo, for the pleasant experience.

The location was exactly what we needed - it’s right off the main walkway. Having keyless entry made checking in and getting settled very easy. Clarissa communicated valuable information before we even arrived. The air conditioning was fantastic and definitely needed during our stay. We could possibly have been the first guests ever as it was so incredibly clean!

+ The location is UNIQUE amongst Gradara hotels, with elevated terrace and free access to the city walls tour + The host is very kind, polite and generous, shares all his knowledge about the city and the region with lots of passion and for free + The hotel has agreements with some different kinds of restaurants in Gradara, so you can get a discount on the meals + The room seems new, is well furnished and clean + Breakfast consists in a variety of savoury and sweet snacks, juices, milk, water and fresh fruits already inside the room upon arrival, so you are free to enjoy them whenever you want and should not worry about breakfast serving times in case you need to leave very early in the morning

The host was lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful gardens. Little extras in the room a nice touch. Biscuits and sweets. Fridge and microwave. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Walking distance to Castello Di Gardara. Our dog a Springer Spaniel loved the gardens

Beautifully decorated bedroom and bathroom, breakfast was plentiful, plenty of choice with savoury and sweet and delicious. Large and decent shower. Very comfortable bed, pillows and soft linens. Air conditioner was very quiet and effect. Amazing quiet location within the town walls. Host was incredibly kind and helpful, very flexible and nothing was too much. Lovely cold drinks on arrival. So much more than we expected. Amazing value for money. Thank you Giovanna for a wonderful stay.

Everything! This is probably the nicest B&Bl we've ever stayed in. We live in Le Marche half the year and were taking friends from the USA on a visit of our beautiful region. Chiara met us when we arrived and helped take our things to our rooms. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt like home, not a hotel room. The rooms have everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and the beds ad pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and included washcloths with the towels. In all our travel in Europe, this is only the second time we've had washcloths offered, and it was nice not having to wash our faces with a wet towel. The rooms have very nice balconies, and we were able to have the lovely, lovely breakfast outside. Chiara and her mother are the ultimate hosts, and were so attentive to our every need. We picked up pizza for dinner and they made sure we had everything the four of us needed to be able to enjoy it with real plates, silverware and napkins.. Breakfast was fantastic. There was such a variety of food and beautifully presented. Breakfast is brought to the room, and the four of us were able to eat together in one of our rooms on the balcony. We have other friends coming in October, and we will be reserving rooms there again. We can't thank Chiara and her mother enough for their hospitality, lovey home and beautiful friendship.

The location opened recently, and is in perfect conditions! Rooms are provided with air conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with a large shower. Simone has been a very gracious host, and also helped beyond what I was expecting. Grazie mille davvero!
