From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome of Federico and his wife made us feel like we were staying with a family. Their kindness and friendliness were truly exceptional, and it made our stay memorable. The accommodation was amazing. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. We felt immediately comfortable and relaxed. The beds provided excellent nights' sleep, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for the day. One of the true highlights of our stay was the breakfast served each morning. It was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Federico went the extra mile to provide a variety of options, including delightful local specialties that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is perfect, especially if you're kitesurfing enthusiasts like us. Situated near Porto Botte, it offers easy access to this exhilarating water sport. Additionally, watching the sunsets over the swimming pool were simply breathtaking.

Bed&Breakfast super familiar. Ens hem sentit com a casa i això ha estat gràcies al Sr. Corrado i a la seva esposa. Els quals ens han fet sentir com a casa. Preocupació perquè no ens faltés de res, assessorament, interés i sobretot, molta familiaritat i proximitat, fet que és d'agrair. A més a més el B&B té molt d'encant: pintures a les parets, zona enjardinada i uns gats que van fer les delícies de la meva família. La habitació sense tenir grans luxes era comoda, confortable i estava molt neta. La ubicació és també correcta per visitar la zona (Cagliaria a 1h, platges increibles a 30 min). Sense cap mena de dubte si tornem a Giba i al Sud de Cerdenya tornarem a repetir amb el B&B del Sr. DELUNAS. Moltes gràcies!!!

Travelled for work, and had some early starts where I'd leave before breakfast. Mattia was at exceptionally service and prepared lovely breakfast & lunsj in advance. The B&B's facilities was nicely available to feel like home. Great Air Conditioning in rooms and dining area to compensate for the intense heat. There was a nice balance of privacy, but also a host that was more than happy to sit down for friendly conversations and share helpful tips for my stay. Where this region of Sardinia lacked in services (such as transport), Mattia went out of his way 24/7 to make my stay tailored. Never experienced a host beeing this focused on their guests having a positive stay, and would very much consider Mattia a friend and La Residenza a home.

- the place is like a little heaven - breakfast was more than great, special wishes have been considered and applied to the breakfast - the hosts Nicholetta and Francesco are lovely people taking care of their guests in the best way you can think of - There are many good places around that one can visit such as Chia, Porto Pino, Sant Atioco, Porta Flavia or Costa Verde - This is the true Sardinia! We are more than happy having chosen this place for out trip in South West Sardinia! This place is a must stay when you are around. We will definitely come back!
