Wonderful spacious and stylish room with shared kitchen facilities and terrace. The appartment seems recently finished or redecorated, so everything is super clean and proper. Comfy bed. We were there in last weekend of October, but is was very sunny and warm. Heating or airco is available, but we did not use it. The friendly host welcomed us and reservered a parking spot for our car. There was a big bottle of water for us in the fridge and the basic Italian breakfast provisions. Centrally located., but nice and quiet neighbourhood, no traffic noises etc. at night Accross the street there is a small supermarket, open till late.

Wow - very new, very clean, very nice and great value for money. The host was great. The breakfast was also very good. We arrived on our two bicycles and the host kindly found us a safe place to store them. The terrace is modest but very enjoyable.

Location, right in the center of everything! Brezza di Mare was perfect for us. 2nd floor walkup was super clean and nicely updated. Full kitchen with small juliette balcony overlooking lively cobblestone streets. Nice comfortable bed with storage and great size shower! Owner Francesco was very friendly and helpful with great suggestions for day boat trips and places to eat. Loved staying at this B&B. Directly downstairs you'll find cafe's, restaurants, shops and local butchers, etc. 15 min walk to beach clubs. Paid parking for 3 days approx. $30.00 US. Definitely would return to Brezza di Mare!

Comfortable bed with incredibly soft pillows, a lot of cozy and functional stuff. Stylish! Great host, he helped us with bus tickets, entertainment and good places in Gaeta. Simple, but tasty sweet breakfast.
