Beautifully restored and converted 600 year old mill. Fabio is a delightful host and his mother, Maria, is the chef making the delicious home-made dinner we had requested. Very small property, only 2 rooms, and restaurant caters only to villa guests. Fabio lives on site and is available for any requests. Free on site parking, excellent wifi, comfortable rooms, lovely gardens. Included breakfast was simple but satisfactory, served out in the lovely garden.

-lovely little house, quiet and private, very clean and everything seems new -the breakfast was good (thank you for providing also some delicious salty things for us 😃) and if you need more (vegetables, fruits, cereals…): to the supermarket it is just a 5 min drive -loved the mosquito nets on the windows 😃 and at night it was always a bit windy, which was great to sleep -very nice host

The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms for our family of 3 were enough. Little kitchen with appliances we do not use as we stayed just for a night but it will be very handy in case of a longer stay.

The terrace on the roof is amazing. You have a excellent view of the palace and the city. The hotel has a kitchen where you can brew coffee and cook by yourself. The room is clean and nice. My room was facing a small alley, so very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
