Staying at this villa was quite the experience. We didn't want to be in Pisa, but close by in a rural area. This residence fit the bill perfectly. There were two parties going on in the courtyard and it was so much fun to see all the party goers dancing and enjoying the music and food.

From when we first arrived we were treated as long lost friends by Suzy and Cristiano, welcome drink shown around the place is just magic probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed if not the best. We could not fault anything from the bed to the massage shower. The pool area was very tranquil with our own gazebo for evening drinks. The breakfast was anything you wanted far to much for us as along with continental there was a cooked english style option. Considering its a B&b you can even order Italian food platter in the evening when you did not want to go out with a selection of good wines.
