Each unit is fitted with a terrace offering mountain views, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a well-fitted kitchen and a private bathroom with bidet and a hair dryer. A stovetop, a minibar and kitchenware are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Guests can dine in an outdoor dining area at the guest house.

The apartment is airy and roomy, everything is new. We took the seaside view apartment which has a slightly bigger kitchen than the Vesuvius view. The bathroom is new and big, with shower, bath, toilet and bidet. Both bedrooms are huge and fitted with aircons and large flat screen TVs, kitchen has all appliances you can think of: coffee maker, toaster, juicer, some sort of food processor, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle. I also found hairdryer and iron in the dresser drawer in the bedroom. The views are spectacular. The neighbours were very quiet, it looked like everybody in the apartment block and in the neighbourhood went to bed at 10 pm at night, even on Saturday night when Naples football team won. Some villas across the road were shut so it may be livelier in high season, we stayed in mid October. It looked like most of the apartments were occupied judging by the washing hanging from various balconies in the apartment block. The only noise was from the traffic from nearby road but closed windows cut it off completely. Herculaneum is visible from the roof terrace if you know where to look, spectacular views of the bay of Naples

Perfect location and very clean. Breakfast across the street was a nice touch. We loved the balcony and the music in the bathroom. It was the perfect little space for what we needed. Also parking on the street was pretty easy.

Our hosts Carmella & Francesco were wonderful! They gave us lots of helpful advice before and during our stay. The breakfast was terrific, and they included special traditional holiday cakes or desserts each morning. They were also very accommodating to my food allergies. The location was terrific for day trips to Pompeii, Sorrento & Amalfi. We could easily watch the fireworks from all the near by cities on NYE - an amazing display for sure! My kids enjoyed picking an orange each day from the orange trees on the property. I would definately recommend having a car if you choose to stay here.

The place is marvelous. Near the Erculano site and train station. Antonio a Sara are very good and friendly guests. They help us in all aspect in this stay. Definitely I will come back. The possibility to park the car is a must.

Small pool for a quick dip in the heat. Long covered table for meals in the summer. All local food, some of it grown in their garden. Eggs from their chickens. Lovely home cooked food. Very quiet and restful. We had a massive family room just for 2 of us. Carmela and Francisco were super friendly with Carmela speaking perfect English.

Rooms are big with tall painted ceiling and old style doors with electronic keys :). The train station is in 10 min walk, then you can get to centre of Napoli or Pompei in 20 min. The ruins of Ercolano are also 10 min walk (exceeded our expectations). Furthermore, there are plenty of small excellent restaurants nearby. Also, on request, you can get a private taxi driver to get you anywhere you need (airport or Vesuvio) for 45-50 eur.AudriusFamily with young children

The guest rooms are on the lower level of the owners house but it's super private and quiet. Great location to visit Napoli and the Vesuvius.
