The stay for 3 nights was absolutely the best from our 2 weeks trip in Sardegna.The hostes Assuntas was ready for every help and prepared the wide tasty breakfast with home made cake and cereal yogurt with fresh fruits, the house is very clean and spacious room with private very nice bathroom. The house is located in quite zone with small pool in green oasis. In the fridge was waiting welcome dring and mineral water. I really enjoyed this place and have got nice feeling duringy stay.Some restaurant are in walk distance in town and Chia beaches reach easy by car. Thank you for nice Italian talks to improve my skills.

it is extremely clean, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, the room is comfortable, a lot of space in the wardrobes, the bathroom is impeccable... Everything is fantastic The hostess Francesca is extremely kind and pleasant

The host Mario is extremely friendly and loves to talk. Although he does not really speak English he was very helpful. He mailed something for us, gave us a beach umbrella and chairs to use, and even volunteered to wash our car, so sweet! The grounds are very nice and the breakfast was good. Best part about the location is that you're only a 10min bus ride to the beach! The hourly bus stops right outside the house!

1. Very nice hospitality of the owners. They make good suggestions on the good spots and restaurants. 2. Nice location near one of the best restaurants in town and 15 min to drive to the best beach in Europe 3. Lovely breakfast. 4. The apartment offers everything we needed. Especially for the Sommer temperature with the air conditioning to sleep well in the night.

This was an amazing experience! The owner is the kindest man ever. His kindness and service was beyond what one can get at a five star hotel!! When I come back to Chia this is absolutely the place where I would stay.
