This is a classic place, with a vintage look. It is very quiet and offers a beautiful view on the nearby lake and pastures. The room is large and sumptuously decorated (chandelier, ornamental ceiling etc.; the very large bathroom has all amenities and then some, including a very long marble bathtub (besides the shower and double washbasins). The fridge is well stocked (though some more beer might have been a good idea). The breakfast is excellent and enjoyed from inside with a wide view over the garden.

Do you know Matteo? He is a Superhero and an owner of this property! I was injured during the bike ride around Italian lakes and had to change plans, and Matteo made his best to help me with the early check-in. Also the place itself is just wonderful, it looks like a wonderland in the middle of the crazy world: calm and relaxed, with birds singing and the flowers blooming. It is obvious how much effort Matteo put into this property and you can tell right away, that this is his life, his Leidenschaft, his Goal and his Journey. Going back to the real life: my room was amazing, spacious, clean and with everything needed. Breakfast is a bit limited in variety, but hey, I was definitely out of hight season time. I came by bike, but if you have a car - there is plenty of parking space with the closed area behind the gate.

The woman hosting Was very nice. Breakfast was also with good choice and she made us cakes, eggs and also some sausages. All in all great experience. Location is not bad, we travelled around 20-30 min to Lugano where we went on hikes. Security Was also high and the door had 5 locks.

Patrizia is adorable and obviously very hard working to keep the establishment so well maintained and clean. Breakfast is lovely with a very good choice of bread, yoghourt, fruits, coffee, tea, fresh oranges, etc. Parking is inside and protected and I slept like a baby since no noice to be heard. Obviously, the rooms have "woman's" touch for the decoration with flowers and little decorative items, all very well chosen. A good exercice room.
