We had a wonderful time and stayed in the most comfortable home with the kindest, most gracious hosts in Castro. Salvatore and his family surpassed expectations and were very useful when help was needed. Accommodations were very clean, comfy, and nice breakfast in a lovely room with a terrace and fabulous sea view! Parking is right in front of home and is kept reserved for guests. Looking forward to coming back and staying with these lovely people.

Our one-night stay at B&B Belvedere in Castro left us mesmerized by the stunning seaview from our balcony. The panoramic vista across the Adriatic Sea, with Albania and Greece in the distance, was nothing short of spectacular. It provided a breathtaking backdrop that added a touch of enchantment to our entire experience. Our Italian mamma host, filled our hearts with warmth and hospitality. She pampered us with a generous and delightful breakfast, featuring a wide array of delectable dishes. The sheer variety was so abundant that she had to bring a trolley to accommodate everything. As we savored each bite, we were fortunate to enjoy our breakfast while gazing out at the magnificent view. Additionally, the comfortable bed and the inviting garden, perfect for sunbathing, made our stay even more enjoyable. B&B Belvedere in Castro surpassed our expectations, offering a serene retreat with an awe-inspiring seaview.

The guesthouse is located in the town of Castro, which is close to many attractions of the region (Otranto, Lecce, sea coast, etc.) It is located in a modern, nicely decorated villa and has all the amenities necessary during a trip. My room was spacious and the internal bathroom was also spacious and decorated in a modern way. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, mostly sweet with fruits (typically Italian) but with some salty elements (cheese and cold cuts) Coffee was excellent. The host was very friendly and willing to help in any way. I would definitely stay here if needed on my next trip to this region.

This was a perfect stay! An incredible nice older Lady really doing everything to feel welcome, home and happy. Big room with great ocean view, clean, new and decorated with love. The breakfast was spectacular.. fresh cooked eggs, home made marmalade, fruit, cereals, great bread, Joghurt, everything you want. Served on a roof terrace with fantastic scenic view. After this morning I finally arrived on my vacations and forgot the office. Only few meters to the historical city center with the castle an nice place to drink and end the day

The location of the b&b is great, close to the beach, close to the castle, close to the belvedere and close to the shop and the pharmacy, so you can just park your car for the day and forget about it. The owners, and particularly Mrs Paola is adorable. She likes speaking with her guests and always suggests places to visit around. The rooms are all the same size, pretty wide and comfortable bathroom, all with Aircon. It's very very clean, Mrs Maria was cleaning everyday relentlessly and always wishing "good morning" with a sweet smile, what a way to start your day! The breakfast is rich and different everyday. You find fresh sweet products from the bakery (cakes, apple Tarte, croissants, pasticciotto etc) and some from shops (branded muffins, branded biscuits etc). You find fruit and savoury food such as focaccia, bread, ham, salami, cheese, tomatoes salad ... You can have fruit juice, coffee and all kind of teas! Amazing choices! Can't disappoint! There is a private garden to the b&b and it's nice to use it to take your coffee in the morning or drink your tea in the evening. You can also hang your wet clothes there as they provide you with airers.

The best breakfast we’ve had in years. Miss Maria’s breakfast table offered the best local pastries, amazing prosciutto and salami, taralli with bruschetta, fresh fruit, scrumptious cheeses, etc. Absolutely fabulous. The town is very safe so we were ok leaving our suitcases in the car. Room has air conditioning and it’s own private bathroom. Loved it!!!!

We had such a lovely stay! the photos don’t do the accomodation justice. Such beautiful landscaping and the property is kept in pristine condition. Delicious breakfast in the AM to have on the balcony and then off for a day of exploring the incredible swim spots and restaurants that are all so close by. I can’t wait to come back again!

Antonella and her husband were really nice. They confirmed quickly my stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very special is the short walking distance to the historical Castro. I can fully recommend this place.

Breakfast was excellent with high quality tasty pastries. The best breakfast for my whole trip in this region. There is a balcony to sit out and relax. The host is very friendly.
