It is a small property in the heart of Buti, walking distance from the main square and just next to a nice bakery. During my stay, cleaning was done on a daily base, and the host would arrange breakfast on the terrace with pastries freshly baked by her husband. Rooms are well equipped with AC and mosquito nets and very quiet at night. Very recommended as a base for exploring the Tuscan surroundings!

We were very comfortable and had a large bedroom and large private bathroom with plenty of storage for clothes. There was a good selection of cereals, pastries, yogurts as well as orange juice, milk and bottles of water, tea and coffee to which we had access at all times. Patrizia was very welcoming and came in to clear up in the kitchen and check supplies. The location is very central, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not noisy. There are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom and there were only 2 nights when someone else was staying so we were very lucky to have the place almost to ourselves. It is close to our friends who live in Vicopisano and very good value for money so we will be staying again the next time we visit them.

Totally cute place in the city centre, near to Pisa. Very nice and helpful owner. Breakfast was in the form of a voucher to the paticcerie next door. They had a great selection and we ate deliciously. We will definitely return to this accommodation.

Warm welcome by the owners, very friendly and helpful (they assisted with restaurant suggestions and made reservation on our behalf). The breakfast buffet was well presented, offering both Italian (local) specialties as well as continental options. In addition, special requests for bread and eggs showed no issues. The room was clean and all necessary comfort options where present. The B&B has a nice garden with outdoor seating.

Ninnette was an absolutely wonderful host. We arrived late and she improvised some dinner for us. The room was great and the bathroom was new. The house as a whole is beautifully renovated, but still has several of the original structures!

Nagyon szép helyen fekvő, csendes, nyugodt szállás. Pont olyan , mint a Booking-ra feltett fényképeken. Szűk , kanyargós utcákkal, gyönyörű tájjal, barátságos emberekkel. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt, mindenben segített, a bejelentkezés gördülékeny volt. Mi két gyermekkel, 7 személyes kisbusszal utaztunk, két éjszakát töltöttünk itt. A kisbusszal a település elején lévő parkolóban tudtunk parkolni, mert nem fért el a szűk utcákban, de mivel a település pici, így nem volt távolság és gond a csomagokat felvinni a szállásra. A szoba, fürdőszoba tiszta, szépen berendezett, nem nagy. A szobában voltak a konyhai felszerelések ( kávéfőző, mikro, pici hűtő stb.) Innen indultunk bő 1 órás autóúttal Chinque Terre településeit megnézni. A szállástól pár kilométerre , lent a faluban reggeliztünk a gyerekekkel, illetve kávéztunk. Aki csendes, a világ zajától távol eső, klasszikus olasz szállást keres annak tökéletes hely. Mi teljesen elégedettek vagyunk, nagyon jó élményekkel tértünk haza.

Not so far from Lucca and Conad altho the villa is located in rural village. The building is well decorated, the room was clean too, the pool was so nice especially. The owners use pool cleaner every night so that it is very well maintained. Every pool stuff including the swimming cap and towels are right next to the pool so it is handy.
