The owner was the kindest host I have ever experienced. Every morning he prepared a fresh breakfast with Cappuccino, pastries from the town and other delicious food. My partner and me were stuck in Olbia because all the busses were cancelled and no taxi drove to Budoni so Giovanni picked us up to drive us to the property. Giovanni is simply incredible and a 10/10 as a host. Aside from that, the property and room was really clean and got a refrigerator, nets against mosquitos and a beautiful bathroom. There was even a private parking spot if you got a car there.

The property is so charming and very well looked after. The upstairs area where breakfast is served is so much nicer than the photos. Simple and tasteful island decor. The breakfast was beautifully presented in a lovely tray with some fresh fruits, yoghurts, croissants, and something cooked that changed daily. There was coffee or tea and other treats. Our room was decorated so nicely with beautiful earthy colours and natural fabric furniture and accessories! The bathroom was large and modern and towels were changed 2-3 times! Our patio was so pretty!

Federica is a warm and friendly host. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast conversations, where we had the opportunity to learn more about Sardinia. The breakfast itself was excellent, offering a healthy and varied selection. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and Federica's attention to detail truly made us feel welcome. For instance, she provided beach umbrellas for guests to use, which was convenient when we wanted to enjoy one of Sardinia's beautiful beaches.

We fell in love with Sa Prata and Budoni, and We’ll definitely be back!

This allowed us to see a great deal of beaches and tourist hotspots on the island without driving more than 4-ish hours on any given day.
