Only giving this a 10 because it wont let me give it an 11. The setting is everything, this is a castle that sits above the town with stunning views in every direction. From the castle there is easy access into the town by small alleyways past the church, or by exiting the main gate and following the road. The rooms were magnificent, large and full of character. We ate at a local Fish restaurant about 100 yards from the main gate which was excellent. The town is a sleepy hill top town bursting with character. This as an exceptionally good value stay in an astounding building. Hope to visit again sometime.

The location was beautiful, the apartment was comfortable and cozy. The shower was great with hot water and all the supplies needed (towel, shampoo, shower gel). It had a kitchen with all its supplies, and a great and big fridge. The bed and pillows where amazing. The staff was super gentle and the breakfast was also great.

A surprisingly excellent lodging. The approach to the flat is a bit difficult which requires some climbing of steps to reach the flat which is situated above ground level. Otherwise there were all the comforts of home. The upper mansard room is very cozy, bathrooms spacious and modern. The various people who took care of us were Johnny-on-the-spot. Grazie per tutto!!
