The perfect stay, good location, amazing view from the garden, very nice breakfast! The host - Sissi - met us with perfect welcoming, she was like a friend leading us through the stay in Bellagio, booked very nice restaurants, suggested sightseeing spots, we felt like at home and are very grateful for the kindness of Sissi.

On arrival, Giulio served us an apperatif with cheese and dried meat plate as a welcome, check in was smooth and quick. The room was magnificent with a wonderful view and very big terrace with relaxing beds. The was spacious, very clean with big bathroom, comfy bed. Location is around 15-20 min walk from St Giovanni public beach and Giardini de Melzi and around 25-35 min on foot from Bellagio where you can take the ferry or ship to other cities as well as many restaurants and shops. Giulio provided us with small router for wifi, network generally can be sometimes slow because of the mountains, not really host fault. Breakfast was nice with varities of cheese, ham, juice, yoghurt, boiled eggs, jam, butter and fresh croissants as well as coffee and tea sitting by a terrace with beautiful view. Paola was very nice, always serving with a big smile.Check out was smooth and quick with a nice gift of Dolce and Cabana pasta from Giulio.

Rent, pent og flott hotell, så helt nytt ut. Stort rom og veldig stort og delikat bad. Markterrasse utenfor rommet der vi fikk god frokost og god middag med fantastisk lasagne. De to brødrene som drev hotellet var utrolig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. De hentet oss på fergen og kjørte oss ned da vi skulle hjem. De ga oss tips om hva vi burde gjøre på turen. Vi var der i 4 fantastisk netter. Flott bassengområde. Nydelig utsikt over Comosjøen og fjellene fra rommet. Frisk og god fjelluft. Tok ca 10 min å gå til fergeleiet, fin tur. Utrolig hyggelig og usedvanlig vakkert område. Vi vil absolutt anbefale alle som skal til Comosjøen å bo på Villa la rosa.

Alt var supert. San Giovanni ligger like utenfor Bellagio. Vi brukte båt og kjøpte dagspass. Da kunne vi reise overralt. Det går ikke ofte båt, men oki tider. Max to minutt til båt og strand. Bussen går også like ovenfor + et lite tog på dagtid til Bellagio. Vil absolutt anbefale stedet. Nydelig frokost og svært hyggelig personale. VI kommer gjerne tilbake. 😊😍

Amazing mountain wiews especially on sunset time, when going from Bellagio to apartment/San Giovanni (20-30 min walk). Nice breakfast.

A gorgeous, classic B&B with stunning views. The family who runs the property is so kind and welcoming, and were incredibly helpful! the rooms were large and clean, with gorgeous antique touches and hardwood floors. A pool table/games and shallow swimming pool out back (with a play structure for children) make for a relaxing day/night should you choose to stay in, with mountains views all around. Oh and the pizzeria below (run by the same family) gave us some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! This has been my favourite stay in Italy by far!
