The owner was very lovely and helpful. Gave us some advises for traveling in Florence. The room was tidy and comfortable. The view from windows was spectacular, saw the mountains. The breakfast was very delicious.

Our stay at the Villa Casignano was Awesome ! Deeply nestled away in the Tuscany foothills just outside of Florence is this beautiful property. Tina and Maurizio were Amazing hosts. They went above and beyond in making sure are all our needs were met. Our daughters even got to experience the joy of feeding their horses and donkeys. Watching the sun rise and hearing the birds chirp was priceless. To top things off, they referred us to a Wonderful restaurant, Nuovo Ranch. Absolutely Superb ! Thank You for an Awesome stay. It was an amazing place. I liked the remote area from all the overcrowding, overwhelming goings-on at Florence, but it was only a short distance away. The host was very welcoming. Provided coffee/tea with biscuits (?) that she had made. Sat with us for breakfast. Made us feel like we were at a true friend's house. She is a local artist and had some of her work displayed. She offers an art class which I would love to do but we only had one night there. Hopefully, I can come back in the future. Would love to take the class and also explore the local area.

Barbara was a very hospitable host, very friendly and helpful. The view from the property of Florence and the Tuscan countryside was superb. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs from Barbara's hens and home made cake. The property was very clean with a modern bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely book again if we return to this area.

Krásne ubytovanie v toskánskom štýle. Čistota a teplo v celom byte. Využili sme aj vonkajšie sedenie. Milý personál , výdatné raňajky. Priateľský psík. Proseco na uvítanie. 😊 V kúpeľni vaňa aj sprcha. Milo prekvapila výmena uterákov počas pobytu- boli sme tu 4 noci. Do centra sme sa ľahko dostali busom, raz sme išli pešo - cca 50 min po nábreží. Dobrá lokalita na objavovanie okolia. Je tu pokoj a kľud. Ďakujeme krásne, cítili sme sa úžasne. 😊

Beautiful, restored estate with gorgeous property right on the edge of the city. Directly on the bus line to the historic center. Lots of parking. Grounds are gated. Lg breakfast- Cornette, cereal, coffee/ tea/juice, salami, cheese, yogurt. Lovely staff. Billiards in a 10'ceiling room with tapestries. Out of this world.

The room, as well as the bathroom that was for our exclusive use, was very comfortable and clean. We also had access to the kitchen and could make occasional meals during our stay. The building is located only 20 minutes away from the city centre by bus, and there are several bus stops (along with some nice pizzerias, and a supermarket) in the neighbourhood. Jonathan was always available to answer our questions. While very helpful and friendly, he was also very discreet, which is something we personally appreciated a lot.
