Very small property, only 2 rooms, and restaurant caters only to villa guests. Fabio lives on site and is available for any requests. Free on site parking, excellent wifi, comfortable rooms, lovely gardens. Included breakfast was simple but satisfactory, served out in the lovely garden.

The place is in a very convenient place if you're on a roadtrip. We decided to stay 2 days in this B&B to visit Urbino, San Marino and the sea side of the region. The place was great and the breakfast was SUPER with all handmade cakes (They gave me the recipes). Recommended.
