Honestly, if I’m back in Iceland I’ll make sure to make a stop. Also, after I accidentally left my glasses at the accommodation Elsa kindly coordinated with other guests to help me get them back. Forever grateful for her patience and help throughout!

The kitchen was fully equiped and we also got home made bread with butter & jam for breakfast. The sauna & hot hub were amazing. Elsa provided loads of details about the stay and not only. The room was big, with amazing view to the forest, lake and the sky! The breakfast was delicious, dinner little bit expensive but very tasty. The receptionist was a very nice girl, who congratulated us with engagement 😸 The private sauna was amazing and clean. In addition we saw northen light from the window of our room🤩 The best hotel we had in Iceland! Good job for the hotel and everyone who is responsible for caring for it!Rina KvetnayaYoung couple

Although breakfast was not included we were brought fresh bread in the morning and could help ourselves to a selection of jams and coffees. Nice little touch there. The location is perfect too. Not far from Egilsstaðir and close to Hengifoss. Finally, the cat jumped through the window and slept on our bed through the night. 😻😻😻
