It was very clean, comfy and cosy. Wi-fi was very good and patio was great for working, chilling. Panaji was also much nicer than we expected. Owner heled us with sim card registration, answeared all our questions, helped us with scooters.

the cleanest place we've stayed, comfy and nice room. the garden is absolutely wonderful, never seen so many bright plants on one place. location is handy, lots of good places to eat and drink right outside. owners and staff were very friendly and useful. good cat to boot!

We had a really lovely time staying here and Deric was most hospitable and went out of his way to help us . The place is in a lovely leafy neighbourhood and it was a real bonus to be able to have a fridge and an outdoor covered area where we could sit, play cards and enjoy a drink. It’s an easy stroll into pretty Fontainhas. Breakfast included (Indian or international) was a real bonus and we recommend trying the delicious Dosas.
