It is with great pain that i have to state that there was absolutely no response to all my email and telecall re: changes requested by me. The hotel is absolutely unresponsive in its communications. If this is the state of guest comunication than i shudder to think of the state of the guest stay at the prop. very very unhappy with the way guest response from the hotel.

The food, the hospitality and the premises were fantastic. Sonu, Pandu, Bhalu and team were very thoughtful and took good care of us. We were travelling with 5 seniors and a 1 year old baby, and were not expecting the level of comfort we experienced during our stay. The food was especially great, and they made every effort possible to take care of everyone's dietary needs.
