We can't fault anything about St John's B and B. The house is in a lovely area surrounded by a beautiful wood and only 15 minutes from Athlone. Our room was clean and comfortable. We received a warm welcome with tea and buns. We got a lovely and plentiful breakfast the next morning. Marie is a lovely down to earth woman who couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was lovely. The host family greeted us and provided a tour of their lovely farm. They are on shore of Loch Ree which is extremely beautiful. The en-suite room is very comfortable, large and well equipped.

This modern, family home is located on Roscommon Road (N61), just 10 minutes’ drive from Athlone town centre and 2 minutes from Athlone Golf Club and Hodson Bay.

The host was very nice. She let us check in early. Her breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, clean and very nice.
