The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Nevia (nicknamed Nena) is more than a superhost! The facilities marvellous. Only nuissance was the road, but on a Fridaynight got quiet at 23h, just leaving the remote barking dogs. The location (very close to P for Motovun), the spacious layout, the wondefull garden with amazing views and cosy terraces, the hospitality and delicious foods/drinks, all just marvellous! Just across the street nice Kroatiam cafe/restaurant that closes at 21h. For this price? Unique!

Contrary to the list of facilities on the booking.com page, the room did have air-con which was much needed as I visit during a heat wave. The host was really helpful and friendly and the room was spacious, light and airy - and the private balcony was a real bonus.
