Wow! Gigi Rooms has the most stunning view! I was completely shocked to see the view of the water and the island, it was magical. I loved sitting on the balcony and just taking all of it in. Amalia, the host, was so lovely and kind. She provided me with recommended restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks and desserts! And when I checked out, I informed her I was staying for a few hours on the island and she offered me a beach towel to go and relax on the beach and let me keep my stuff in the office. She was very generous and kind (and I loved her style!). The island is very chill and relaxed. I am very grateful that I stayed overnight to experience it for a full day. I feel like the hotel is in a great spot, it was a short walk to the clock tower, where I watched the sunset and saw such a beautiful view with the mountains, the water and the boats. And it's also a short walk to the port (but please don't listen to Google Maps walking - it will send you on a journey just to get back to the room!). I think the beach was not even a 20 minute walk, and once on the main road it's a straight path and not hard to get to. The rooms are smaller than what I thought however since I was on my own I didn't mind at all. There is also a fridge with a water bottle and you get some soap and lotion toiletries as well. I would come back! Especially knowing how to navigate to the hotel better using Google.

It is scrupulously clean, and with a welcoming bottle of wine. There are two apartments, the upper one is the Terrace (? I think?) and the lower one is the Yard. We were in the lower, which has one bedroom. I think the upper has two bedrooms. Each apartment has a private terrace and a private balcony.

The small apartment was basic but had everything we needed and two lovely balconies. Location was nice and quiet- we didn’t love Askeli beach but getting to town or other beaches was easy and cheap. The staff was so kind and welcoming.

Was few euros to town by taxi for more shopping but many tavernas around the hotel and water sport company -cafe and supermarket within 10min walk. Had safe and fridge and good size room -403 with fantastic view of the sea from balcony, bed comfortable. Private beach with free sun beds and service -lunch and was good. Wine cheap by carafe
