We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming house, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owners in a comfortable environment that instantly made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional breakfast they provided for us. Each morning, we were treated to a delectable spread of freshly prepared dishes that catered to all tastes and preferences. The owner's culinary skills were truly remarkable, and the breakfast became a delightful ritual we eagerly looked forward to each day. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the owner's genuine kindness and eagerness to assist us. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with invaluable recommendations and insider tips on the best places to visit in the area. Their warm and friendly behavior created a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. This beautiful house adorned with timeless decorations also boasted a beautiful garden, decorated with vibrant flowers, offering a true oasis of tranquility. The natural shadows provided a peaceful retreat, and the presence of a hammock added an extra touch of relaxation. Additionally, the convenience of a dedicated area in the back yard for drying our clothes was a thoughtful addition that further enhanced our comfort. The accomodation is located in the center of the picturesque Neochori village having within a mere 1-2 minutes of walking distance two minimarkets, two taverns with delicious Greek food served under the shade of secular trees, and a bar with a spectacular view. Overall, this accommodation was excelled in every aspect, from cleanliness, comfort and a delightful breakfast to exceptional hospitality and a picturesque garden. This place truly exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories.

The place is very stylish, well designed and magnificant! One walk from the beach The hosts were very attentive and provided us with a variaty of vegeterian food, which was not included in the regular menu and was excellent. We will definately come back with our friends and family. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Very friendly, helpful hostess. Very stylishly renovated, beautiful, historic country house with stunning views of the Gulf of Volos. Cozy rooms. Very quiet location. Everything very clean and well-kept. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with regional, homemade products included in the room rate. Inviting lounge in oriental style. Just a few minutes walk to the village square with taverns, bars and historic church.

We spent most of our nights in the common room and outdoor seating area under the trees, which were really beautiful and fun. Waking up to the peaceful, quiet neighborhood was a delight, although the villa is close to the center of the village and the steam train station :)

Popi is the nicest host, she showed us the beautiful path to the town center and we enjoyed talking with her and hearing from her about life in pilion. Her breakfast was very good and home made, the room was comfortable and clean. Finding the way for the first time isn't easy but it's worth it, don't miss the walk in the village to get to the village center, and the water at the end of the road :)

The hosts are paying a great deal of attention to every little detail regarding your stay: the homemade breakfast, the furnishing and amenities, the cleaning, the maintanance of the pool and the care for plants and landscaping. You have both intimacy and concierge services if needed. A real boutique hotel. Ideal for large groups than can occupy the entire place, like we did. Thank you again for having us.
