The property is a very modern apartment with conveniences we have never seen at this price point, eg. 55-ish inch TV, LED mood lighting, a completely full array of kitchen equipment including a full-size oven, plus an extremely comfortable bed. The location is within a short walking distance from the city center but in a quiet side road.
