I would have rated it 11 if possible. I think it's the best place I've stayed - ever. Fantastic views, a unique location with an impressive history, and above all super friendly management and staff. The Grand Chalet restaurant down the road and under the same management, is a great place for breakfast and supper. I only stayed one night and wish I could have spent longer there.

I spend few days in Kalavrita in order to better understand the modern Greek history. Vassia and Panos have been wonderful guests. I've meet with very nice people and I am very grateful for their hospitality. It's very well located, all the facilities are very close.

Due to COVID restrictions the breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and was delicious! It was more than worth the 5 euros pp charge. The coffee was perfect. We were basically asked what we would like to eat!!
