Excellent central location in the middle of Firostefani. Fira is also in walking distance. Villa offers an amazing caldera view, you can see the sunset even from your room. Restaurants, shops, bars, free parking area are in close neighbourhood. Giannis is very helpful and a great host. Breakfast is rich and delicious. In the first morning we asked it to be served on the common terrace but later it was more comfortable to have it in our private balcony (more place, less wind). Giannis was kind enough to bring an extra espresso each morning (thanks!). We rented a small car for 4 days of the week, so we could discover the island and visit several beaches. We took a wonderful walk to Oia (it took us about 5-6 hours with the detour to Skaros rock, so even if you start early, you can't avoid the strongest sunshine hours). We returned by a local bus. We relaxed in the shared jacuzzi almost every evening after the busy days.

The staff is super friendly, extremely warm and hospitable. We requested for early check-in since we had reached Santorini at 9 am. The owner of the property was super accommodating and provided us a room 5 hours before the official check-in time. Further, on our request she also shifted us to a fabulous ocean view room the next day. We are extremely grateful for the same. Location wise the hotel is very well located at the centre and has fabulous cafes, hotels, sunset views at a stone's throw. The Fira bus station is also a 10 minute walk + car rentals are adjacent to the hotel.

Everything was perfect, the receptionist was always very very cool with us The view from the room is amazing and you can have breakfast with this view at the morning Just 10 minute walk to go in Fira with a great view. Thanks again to them !

View was amazing, room perfect for our stay and the hot tub, extra special. The breakfast was plenty and lovely to have it delivered to our room every morning and eat on the balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

If you are looking for a particularly exquisite jewel to stay on Santorini, your expectations are guaranteed to be exceeded with this small boutique hotel. Here you can not only enjoy exquisite accommodation, experience the most beautiful view over the caldera, make yourself comfortable in a tastefully decorated Cave House and just feel overwhelmed by the whole surrounding, but also escape from everyday life in peaceful tranquility and absolute privacy. Too bad booking.com only allows a maximum rating of 10, Vora would have earned a much higher. In love with this place and therefor highly highly recommended.

We are very happy with this villa. Villa with stunning sea views, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are cozy and tidy, the environment is clean and tidy every day. The population does not feel the flow, so you seem to live in a private villa. Although the villa is full of residents. Coffee was delivered from the cafe by a courier every morning. The hostess of the villa recommended very interesting excursions for a good price. Also recommended a restaurant that met our expectations. The hostess of the villa is an amazing woman! Take care of your customers like your friends! Highly recommend!💯❤️🔥
